
What I do at Healthhaus and how I can help you
As a Milon Coach and Personal Coach, I specialise in rehabilitation, goal setting and holistic health. Having dealt with injuries and surgeries in the past, I know what it takes to recover from them. So I will eagerly help you get there.
Whether you want to get fitter, regain mental clarity, lose weight or achieve a super ambitious goal, I will be there to help you along the way!
I started out as a Milon fitness coach in Belgium back in 2012 and have worked my way up to Milon Master, so now I also train the rest of the team in Milon.
What I love about working here
I love meeting members and assisting you in your fitness journey, spreading health and wellness as much as I can.
Another really enjoyable part of the job is helping people bounce back after injuries or surgeries. It’s a really rewarding experience.
My passions outside of work
I love taking part in endurance events and marathons, as well as cycling, mountain biking and going on hikes with my girlfriend.
I also enjoy learning new skills – I’m currently working towards gaining my ICF (International Coaching Federation) and NBH-WC (National Board of Health and Wellness Coaching) credentials.
This will give me a more holistic approach to wellbeing which I’m excited to bring to our members to help you even more.
