
What I do at Healthhaus and how I can help you
As a Milon Coach, I help members with every stage of their Milon journey. I carry out inductions for new members, help existing members progress through their programme, and conduct inductions for different training phases. So if you’re new to Milon, or taking your next steps, I’ll be here to help! I also am a personal trainer and aid individuals in their fitness goals by customising personal and tailored training plans to their needs.
What I love about working here
At Healthhaus we have a warm and welcoming environment with lots of friendly faces around. I enjoy working alongside my colleagues, getting to know members and building rapport with them whilst aiding them on improving their health in all aspects.
My passions outside of work
I love competing in sports and have played football locally my entire life. In 2025, I was fortunate to represent Jersey in the Island Games in Orkney.
I enjoy a good physical challenge and recently completed the island walk in a very respectable time, although I was physically and mentally exhausted at the end of it. Less surprisingly, I also enjoy training in the gym myself and getting stronger.
I am extremely interested in all parameters that influence health, and the relationship between these variables. Wether its cold / heat exposure, the nuances of nutrition on health and its influence on hormones and sports performance, or environmental influences on health.
Away from sport and fitness, I have a keen interest in exploring new countries, the outdoors and geopolitics.

- Kinesiology taping
- L2 Gym Instructor and L3 Personal Training
