What I do at Healthhaus and how I can help you

I am a Milon Coach, Personal Trainer and Class Instructor at Healthhaus. I first joined Healthhaus in 2014 and rejoined the team in January 2026 after returning to Jersey from living abroad. I am a qualified Personal Trainer and Milon Coach, with experience in strength training, functional fitness and group exercise instruction. Over the years, I have continued to develop my knowledge through practical coaching experience, working with clients of varying abilities and goals.

At Healthhaus, I work closely with members on the Milon circuit, guiding them through structured, efficient training programmes tailored to their individual goals. I also deliver personal training sessions, focusing on technique, strength development, confidence building and gaining long-term results. My role is not just about exercise programming, it’s about supporting, motivating and educating members so they feel empowered in their fitness journey.

Having stepped away from the fitness industry for several years to travel the world with my family, and then returned, I understand how challenging it can feel to start again, whether that’s returning to exercise after a break or beginning for the first time. I’m passionate about helping members build confidence at their own pace and creating a positive, supportive space where everyone feels capable and encouraged. My goal is to help you feel stronger, healthier, and proud of what you achieve.

What I love about working here

I love the community atmosphere at Healthhaus. It’s a supportive and welcoming environment where members genuinely enjoy being here. Seeing people grow in confidence, achieve goals they once thought were out of reach and feel stronger both physically and mentally is incredibly rewarding.

My passions outside of work

Outside of work, I love spending quality time with my family and staying active in different ways - whether that’s exploring the outdoors, travelling or trying new physical challenges. My years of travel gave me a real appreciation for experiencing new cultures and staying curious about the world.

I also enjoy activities that promote balance and wellbeing, as I believe health is about both body and mind.
