One of my main responsibilities is making sure we attract the best talent to our team, and then making sure we keep them!
This involves effective performance management, and ensuring there is a positive working culture at the club and that all employees are happy and fulfilled.
What I love about working here
I love everything about working here, it’s one of the best places I’ve ever worked. The friendly atmosphere makes me feel safe, it’s a fantastic environment.
I especially love the people – there is a real family feel at Healthhaus, from the staff to the members. We all know each other, and I feel fully supported here which is very
important.
My passions outside of work
I have a passion for writing and I’m a published author. My book ‘The Better Side of Cancer’ is about my battle with the disease, and I’m proud to say it’s read by oncology
patients at Jersey General Hospital and is on the shelf at the Jersey Cancer Relief lounge.
Away from writing I love my two dogs and walk them on the beach every day, and I love fashion – my living room is full of Vogue magazines!
