I teach Equipment Pilates and mat Pilates. I'm passionate about movement and how I can help people get to know their bodies from a movement perspective.

Healthhaus is a friendly club with great facilities.

My passions outside of work

I love reading and playing flute.

I've had some interesting jobs around the world too, including being a Dive Master in Corfu and a Capoeira assistant in Brazil.

I had my own Pilates studio from 2019-2021 teaching NeuroPilates to private clients.
