What I do at Healthhaus and how I can help you

As a Milon Coach, I work on the gym floor supporting members through their workouts and personal fitness journeys. I’m always available to lend a hand, offer guidance on technique, and help improve strength while reducing the risk of injury.

I am currently training to carry out member inductions, ensuring the onboarding process and programme changes are as seamless and supportive as possible.

Behind the scenes, I also assist with member administration, maintain cleanliness throughout the facility, and ensure all equipment is kept to the high standards our members expect.

I’ve taken a varied path trying to find something that gives me purpose while also paying the mortgage. I was fortunate to have previously worked at Healthhaus, which is where my fitness journey really began.

During COVID, I moved into training finance companies online. After that, I worked in martial arts gyms across the island before transitioning into construction. Ultimately, I’ve found my way back to fitness, which is where my real passion lies.

What I love about working here

My favourite part of working at Healthhaus is the members. You never really know who you’re speaking to until you get to know them, and I find that genuinely interesting. From nurses and teachers to entrepreneurs and retirees, everyone has a story.

In the gym, everyone is equal. It doesn’t matter who you are or what you do, you’re all there for the same reason: to get fitter and improve yourselves. I love sharing my passion for fitness, and in return, hearing about the experiences and journeys of the people I meet.

My passions outside of work

I’d describe myself as a bit of a hobby collector as I’ve tried a lot of different things over the years. My main constants, though, are weightlifting and martial arts. More recently, I’ve started running and I’m aiming to complete my first marathon in 2026. 

Outside of fitness, I enjoy gaming and spending time with friends, usually unwinding with a cheeky cocktail!

I’m here to support our members in any way I can. If you’re looking to lose weight or improve your fitness, please feel free to come and speak to me, I’ve been through it myself.

When I first started my fitness journey, I weighed 150kg. After losing 45kg, I became a strong advocate for healthier living. I believe in building strength for long-term health, improving mobility, and incorporating cardio for heart health.

I’m all about longevity and helping others achieve sustainable results and I’ll support anyone who’s willing to take that first step.
