Yoga classes

These classes focus on improving your flexibility, strength and balance while enhancing your posture, coordination and mental focus. They are a great way to quiet the chatter of daily life and relieve stress, leaving you calm and centred for your day

Gentle Yoga

This practice is designed to restore the nervous system and help release deeply held tensions from the body and mind. This style makes use of a wide range of props, including bolsters and blocks to provide support within each pose, making it easier to completely let go.

This class is suitable for complete beginners & those with health issues. Experienced yoga practitioners will discover that this class with its longer holds and strong focus on alignment and mindfulness will help them move more deeply into their practice.

Yoga Soul is a fluid form of movement practiced to world music. Poses are not held; it is a fluid and dynamic practice. The class is suitable for those who have attended some yoga classes in the past there is a lot less verbal instruction than in Henrietta's other classes.

Gentle Vinyasa Flow Yoga

Slow mix of hatha with a vinyasa flow working on mobility with gentle transitions,suitable for all levels, creating a sense of focus and relaxation.
